SF gets you additional insurance and "a signature on receipt". That said, how did you used SF on Spain to UK post?
You are a bit stumped as you paid by PayPal and you have no dispute a such. (in terms of SNAD).
How did you fund the Paypal payment? You may be able to convince a card provider that you have a case...long shot but worth pursuing perhaps?0
