"When buyers pay with PayPal on any website, PayPal Buyer Protection covers them in case there is a problem. If an item doesn’t arrive or is significantly not as described, we will help buyers get a full refund."
"If your transaction qualifies for PayPal Buyer Protection you are covered for the full purchase price plus the original shipping charges."
So according to Paypal the seller should pay return shipping costs...
Do you ever post anything accurate?0 -
Buying stuff from china is legal gambling, sometimes you win & sometimes you lose. I guessing that Christmas bags are £5 or less each so I'd let it go.0

Simple misunderstandings are understandable but you quoted something that didn't exist and now you've removed the misquote and added a link to back up your misquote. :rotfl:0 -

Stop buying cheap stuff from overseas that's advertised on Facebook. It's not as if this country isn't full of shops and legitimate online retailers.
The bit in bold should be at the top every page on here , every day there is someone else sucked in by a glossy ad ( usually on Facebook)0 -
The only thing I have quoted is now linked on the page.
I removed the comment at the top as I wrote PayPal when I meant to write moneysavingexpert (then I was able to upload a link so no longer relevant)and the comment below I removed as it was based on a misinterpretation by me.
Why are you going on about this? I was trying to offer advice.0 -
I occasionally order things from China on ebay and quite a lot of those times it isn't exactly what it says it is.
My experience has been that I contact the seller , and tell them.
This often takes some time until it's sorted. They may offer me money off which I refuse then eventually they give me a refund. They then plead with me not to give them bad feed back.
The time all this takes up isn't worth it so I rarely order now.0
