Tiscali Wireless Broadband. Help Needed Please

i have recently updated from tiscali broadband to tiscali wireless bb. i have managed to set up 1 computer successfully, but my 2nd computer is not connecting. Windows is finding and connecting to the router but Internet Explorer and my anti virus programme can not connect to the internet connection. I have checked that the wep key is correct and windows says it is sending and recieving from the router. The router is a speed touch 378836. On the windows wireless icon it says that it has an excellent connection, however internet explorer is unable to find or use the connection. Please could you advise me how to rectify this problem MANY THANKS 0
