There are plenty of cheap table top alternatives for the stand that comes with a TV.
Floor standing cantilever if wall mounted is not an option.
Our 55 Oled struggles with some SD sources,
Most HD look great.
BBC 4k HDR streams outstanding(but still not enough)
As I said on a small TV you are looking for better contrast(HDR) and colour gaumut
The other thing is the HDR inputs support if you want some future proofing.0 -

Why not just find the 43in TV that you want and then spend £20-£40 on a stand that screws into the back using a VESA mount.
Just google "tv bracket stand" and check the footprint and VESA size. Typical footprints are 40cm x 26cm. example:
