Hi there,Just a quick update on this;Over 3 months have passed since my defence submission and I haven't received anything from the CC. No DQ and no court dates. The MoneyClaim online page has not been updated in since my defence submission.I have receievd a copy of ParkingEye's defence (2 weeks ago)Should I just continue to wait for correspondence from the CC?0

Reply to defence, not defence
No, you chase up. You waited far too long before checking, btw. You know from teh deadlines they have 28 days to say whether they will continue the claim or not, if they fail they do not get to continue without Applying formally to teh court. £100.
Call the CCBC and bloody check. IF MCOL is wrong, and theyve sent your DQ and you havent responded, you might have a default winging your way.0 -
Did P/Eye send you their DQ? Why didn't you just download one like KeithP advises?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It's up to the court to direct me on what to do next. They can't assume everyone reads this forum..Coupon-mad said:Did P/Eye send you their DQ? Why didn't you just download one like KeithP advises?nosferatu1001 said:Reply to defence, not defence

Thank you for your email.
Please be advised that the case was stayed on 30/12/19 as the claimant didn't respond to your filing of a defence.
If they wish to proceed now they will have to make an application to lift the stay.
If you require any further information, please don't hesitate to contact us or out helpdesk.Regards
