Thank you very much for all you have said.
I do scare , in many years I haven’t heard anyone to talk like she done.
Regarding IPO , not sure how does it work, if I need much more stress but if the only option then yes, have to do it. If you have got IPO , is the same payments or it takes your money from wage directly please?0 -

You already know your OR is not very nice, somehow you need to find a way to justify why your expenses are what they are.
Do you want to do a statement of affairs to enable the members to offer you advice based on your personal circumstances? Or are you happy for generic advice which may/may not be of use?Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
I believe either an IPA or an IPO can be deducted at source if the bankrupt refuses to pay
They are basically the same, except an IPA is an agreement between you and OR, an IPO is where you can't reach an agreement and the courts have to step in
I'm not sure if you can revoke an IPA and force OR to get an IPO0 -
Sorry can't edit on mobile, but looking at link moving forwards has posted, I do seriously doubt whether an IPA can be revoked 2 years in, I had incorrectly assumed you were much earlier on in process, sorry0

still trying to find any lawfully information that confirms IPA can be extended.
all I can see is 36 months and no longer. payments could be variable due to income changes but cannot see anywhere that could be extended because you had lower income in some months ( in my understanding these months IPA doesn’t stop just could be £0)0 -

Might be worth a look, my reading is that it can't be extended, of course there may be another section which says it can be. The advantage of the technical manual is that it come from the insolvency service themselves so isn't someone else's interpretation, the disadvantage is that its meant for insolvency professionals(Which I'm not)0 -
An IPA cannot be extended beyond 3 years from the date it was signed, it's as simple as that. You signed a 3 year agreement and nowhere on the agreement does it say it can be extended. Go back to your OR and tell them this, don't be bullied into additional payments.0

Thank you!
Under what basis OR thinks she can do that?
after checked my bank statements she has decided there were enough money to pay IPA when I was allowed to not pay due lower income / extra expenses with evidences and I got confirmation from my usual officer I don’t have to pay.
This lady is my officer manager and I just email to inform about personal changes when my OR was on holidays.
so all bits does not make sense to me: I do have lower income, they says do not pay, after checking bank statements, make rude comments “oh, you shopping at spar” and then says we will add all your MISSED payments after 36 months gone!0 -
she said she will send letter about additional payments after 36 months, so will what the letter states.0
-
I'd be inclined to wait until you get the letter and then either ignore it or reply telling them to take me to court for it, I'd guess the chances of it getting to court are slim and chances of them winning slimmer still
For now I'd focus on keeping things as stress free as possible till the 36 month point0
