IPA and bank statements check

I will try to ignore and not to sign anything and just carry on my monthly IPA, it will finish beginning of 2021 so not so far away:)
Now curious if they cannot by law claim further payments, what letter will say )

new agreement to sign has been received today.
It says about 4 additional payment system after original agreement ends:

“ Varied to £x per month with a further four payments of £174 following the end of the agreement”

There are no any explanation and as I said I have proofs some payments have been variate to 0 due to lower income.

What should I do please?
