It would be hugely helpful if we could see at a glance when the person who started a thread posts a reply to it. Maybe a different colour of background shading on their posts?

With the number of replies some posts attract, it can be hard to look through and pick out the replies from the OP. And sometimes they never bother returning - also helpful to know.
