I have two contracts on cashback, one is near the 1st claim yet the other isnt, though both appear on the same bill. Do I need to contact TMobile asking to print seperate bills or is there a way I can do this with what I've been given?

  • Doesn't that rather depend on who you're with and the t&c you signed up to? It may be a bit late now!

the mobile outlet, the terms are not specific to claiming for multiple contracts, just says they cannot accept more than one claim per installment. I have a month before I need to send it off so Ill ask tmobile if they can print the next bill seperately, may save some fuss.
  • I suggest you put this on The Mobile Outlet thread then. Not sure about T-Mobile but it can be a problem splitting bills on some networks - sometimes makes them a bit odd. Also depends if they require originals or not. If so it then depends on whether you need to send the next bill again with others for the second contract. THAT in turn depends on the t&c you signed up for at the time. The Mobile Outlet is one of the most notorius so you must get it right - you will quite likely have a fight on your hands to get your money even if you do - assuming they're still around to pay it! Bad choice I'm afraid!

I know it was a bad choice but I can't turn back the clock. The T&Cs state that they'll return the bills if I send a self addressed envelope to them, so that looks to be the best option unless they decide to keep them in order to prevent me claiming the second.
  • Wouldn't count on that, but you may not need the bill again for the other contract first claim. Only the t&c at the time will confirm that. I would aim to get paid as soon as possible personally - and not let them mess around if they don't pay on time (as seems generally to be the norm at least).
