Phone has packed up and family member has a brand new Samsung phone they can give me.
They came by this phone as they were sent 2 by mistake. They kept hold of it expecting to be asked to send it back but that never happened.
What does worry me, would Vodaphone come after me or the original person if I start using this phone. As much as I like the idea of a free phone, I don't want to get the other person or myself into trouble.
