    i didnt pay the £300 as i was hoping that the landlords rep would resolve it but as they were shady anyway she didn't do anything.

    i am seriously considering giving up because i have asked my bank for statement from 2017, and i cannot locate the payment to them i am now thinking that i may have used my now closed bank account to pay them
