Our return flight with Iberia from Charlotte USA was scheduled to depart at 22.00 hours on 20th Oct 2019. We had checked in but the flight was delayed and at around 1.30am it was cancelled due to technical problems. We have been told that we are booked on a flight the next day.
The flight is operated by American airlines. It was booked through ebookers.
What compensation can I claim and how? We had also paid extra to choose seats on this flight.
