Some punctures can legally be repaired. Some it is illegal to repair them.

Have you identified what caused the flat and where (eg a nail sticking out?)
  • Usually about a tenner at the back street places that repair tyres. Last time I had one done I was in and out in 10 minutes.

North East prices. It could be £50+ for you lot down south before anyone starts.

User that has spares and implies they know how to use them doesn't know how to check wheels or what is involved in a mot. Nah, don't buy it.

I agree. If the puncture is too near the sidewall, it is better and safer to get a new tyre.

My nexen tire got a puncture in between the treads and I just used a plug. After a few days, I went to a tyre repair shop to have it patched from the inside.

You might consider taking one fastener from another wheel and putting it on the wheel with three until such time as you can source replacements
I doubt either Mr Plod if you are unlucky enough to be stopped or your insurers if you are unlucky enough to have a serious accident would be very pleased if you carry on driving with missing nuts
I personally would not be driving it at all if at all feasable
