    Your OP is in the same vein as many here. Not giving the full picture, as you never mentioned the fact you have other accounts.

    All you need to do is set up a standing order on 2 accounts to move your £1000 to the account you want to fund, and from there back to that account. Can do it on the same day if you want.
    Very much as you do to fund the FD accounts.

    I would use manual faster payments rather than standing orders. Installing banking apps on your phone makes it very easy.

    But requires you to remember to do it each month. :eek:
    A s/o is going to do it all for you, with only the act of setting it up.
