    You need to phone up get a better deal, I've not long renewed one for my parents - fibre 38Mbps, all inclusive calls and line rental saver, effectively £26 all in. With BT's arm-length company, Plusnet.

    I myself am at the back end of a £20pm fibre and phone (I don't make calls) deal also with Plusnet. So there are good deals out there if you're prepared to move (or haggle).
