Thanks for that I am having problems with no wifi away from home its ok at home as soon as I leave home no connection what am I doing wrong long time since I changed phone.

Are you saying that you can't get a wifi connection in say a hotel or coffee shop or that you can't get a data connection (as supplied by your phone network provider) generally.

These are two different ways to connect with the Internet and are very different.

When you are out of range of your home WiFi you will need to use mobile data for internet connection. Swipe down from the top of your screen to see the option to enable mobile data and other functions. Is this your issue..?

Hopefully you're not trying to connect to your home WiFi away from home

I have the same phone and leave WiFi & data enabled all of the time, it makes no difference to battery life in my experience.

Are you attempting to connect to another WiFi network?

Hi thanks for your reply I can get wi fi Ok at home through the hub however, when I leave home I cannot get wi fi never had a problem before like this, 2 sim card slots sim card in slot one = mobile data only activates in slot card 2, hope this makes sense, love the phone just unable to get wifi away from home hope someone can sort me out. thanks
