I bought a pair of girls value jeans today marked £3 then there should have been 20% off taking them down to £2.40 but I got charged £4 then the 20% off so making them £3.20. Took them to the CS desk and got the jeans back and the £3.20 which I was quite surprised at since I thought this policy had stopped. I was only expecting 80p back.Murphy's No More Pies Club Member No. 680

Exactly the same thing happened to me last week, I bought the HP DVD in an online shop and was charged £14 instead of the £8 advertised on the website. I rang CS who refunded the £6 difference, perhaps I should have asked for £12! Still cheap at £8.Heard the Shaggy Taxi Wind Up Phone Call?

need some advice.
i've just been to tesco and bought:
Chicken Tortilla (indian wedge wrap thing)
Fajita Wrap
Kettle Chips
Small bottle of Tizer.
I've been overcharged for the chicken tortilla by 20p but not only that, after munching down into it, it's 2 days out of date and does taste a bit funky. the date on it is the 26th Nov and of course it's now the 28th (although i bought it at ten minutes to midnight on the 27th (25 minutes ago).
Not only that, the bag of kettle chips is less than half full and are completely stale and really quite soft, they look like they've been sat in the open for days, despite the packet being sealed.
who do i complain to on both counts and what should i say? i dont have a receipt for the kettle chips as they and the drink were bought seperately to the wraps.
i'm really disgusted by the chicken tortilla, even my dad reckons it tastes a bit off and i should be careful with it.helpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y

Co-op give double refunds - I know because I bought a pack of two Belgian buns the other week (they were well in date), when I got home I ate one with my tea - it tasted odd, mouldy almost and left a mushroomy taste in my mouth. I rang them up to say that there was a problem and they told me to take the other back at my convenience as they would give me a double refund. I took it back when I was next in my local village and was surprised when they actually gave me the refund as promised because by this time the product was out of date.0
