Hi,
I am trying to help a disabled friend (he is customer of Virgin Media: he has a problem with his pay-as you-go plan) contact Virgin Media by email instead of phone but they will not give an email address. I have tried to call them on his behalf but they say they can only talk to him. I have explained he is disabled (austism) but they refuse to deal with his issue by email even though he is a customer. Any one knows know to contact Virgin Media by email? Thanks. P.S: he does not want to contact them by post as they will undoubtedly state that "they never received the letter etc...". This has happened in the past!

I don't want to preempt but one of the VM Pay and Go tariffs has changed to cost £2 a day even if you just do one text a day (or call)!
If this is your friends problem then they need to change tariff or even network.

VM changing their PAYG.
Your friend may consider moving to O2 or Three...0 -
