Hi coupon-mad. Can’t seem to upload an image but can assure you it is parking eye and it is a printed sheet from what I assume is an handheld device. The information on the sheet has vehicle details and the infringement which I have stated above, and then proceeds to information in regards of paying the ‘fine’. Thank you for the reply.

NEWBIES - HOW TO UPLOAD LINKS TO PHOTOS/SCANS TO MSE

To upload a photo/scan link, you first need to host it on a free photo hosting site (like Dropbox, Imurg or Tinypic), copy the URL, paste it here, but change the http to hxxp and we'll do the conversion. Newbies can't directly upload links to photos/scans until they've a few posts under their belt.


Oh ... and using a phone to browse the site can cause problems.. so please try a laptop/PC

Easy one then, wait till day 26 before appealing as KEEPER, using the NEWBIES template.

That gets you almost half way to day 56, after which P/Eye will be too late to do a NTK, which they have no template for AFAIK (not one that follows a windscreen PCN- I've never seen one issued by P/Eye and I have handled a couple of rare windscreen PCNs from them in the past).

Please do show us the (redacted) PCN as per Ralph-y's instructions. A NTD from parking lie is so rare that it will help us greatly to see one.

Hi all. It's day 26 and the keeper has appealed using the newbies page 1 template. Thanks all for the help so far, I will update you all in coming weeks when I hear back.

I have issues with this sentence:

As the driver at the time of the parking event, you are now required under the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012, to pay or appeal the parking charge.

Does POFA2012 really place that requirement on the driver?

Indeed, does POFA2012 place any requirement on the driver of a vehicle?

PE issue vanishingly few NtDs (windscreen tickets) that they are probably operating using a quite ancient interpretation of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (Schedule 4).
