    a complaint is what was going to be sent about their barrage of demands for payment and several  threats of court action .
    This happens in almost every case - literally millions of them each year.  It would be a total waste of time complaining to the BPA or (in this case) the IPC. 
    Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

    Thats very good advice and will reduce the amount of correspondence ,

    So apart from the local MP is there anyone else the RK can write to about this that wouldn't be a total waste of time ?
