Please bear with me as I’m new to this plus I’m just doing reading constantly and can’t get it in my head properly. Can I please ask, do I have to Acknowledge the letter by signing into money claim.gov.uk, create an account then find a space where to acknowledge the claim form ? Thank u
Which bit of that are you having trouble with?To do the AoS, follow the guidance offered in a Dropbox file linked from post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread. About ten minutes work - no thinking required.
But that was a whole week ago. Time is slipping away.0 -
Hi
I’m filling the acknowledgment online, I created a Government get away account then went to the claim form. I left everything blank. Have 2 options whether to defend all the claim or part of the claim which one to take please? Plus they ask me whether I want to take the contest jurisdiction before click next.
Please advise0 -

From that Dropbox guidance:
Please don't expect everything to be repeated especially for you.Step 9: Defend all
Do not contest jurisdiction this is if you live outside of the UK courts and want your local court authority to be used0 -
Indeed, if you cannot understand the clear instructions, please do so. But asking questions that are already answered, twice, doesnt endearr you to anyone
You ha ve to do most of the work yourself, especially when it is procedural stuff like that.0
