Please do as suggested by Half-way and complain to the BPA and DVLA that since this was a double dip, the scammers have unlawfully obtained your data.

Please also complain to your MP about this unregulated scam.

Further to my 1st post and I have appealed.
The vehicle entered the car park at 14.22 and left almost immediately and entered again at 22.09 and left minutes after and this has been rejected.
They have sent what looks like 4 No plate images 1 for the front daylight hours and 2 front in darkness and 1 rear in darkness so really I don't understand why I'm being fined as these images speak for them selves the car must have entered twice to produce the images they have?
My bank has provided a printout of a supermarket transaction made 10 miles away on the same day/date in the afternoon on the drivers debit card, this was not debited from the account until 3 days later due to the weekend so I expect this to be thrown out due to proving the vehicle was at the supermarket, my question is what would be the best course of action?

String it out for 6 months with pointless questions to SABA. There are loads of examples on here if you search. Instructions on how to search are above.

If you now have the proof that this was a double dip, please make the complaints as requested. It is the only way these scammers will ever be stopped.

A recent report showed an estimated 9 million PCNs a year are being issued, so the chances of you and me and everyone else getting one are high.

Your complaints will help you as well as us and others, so please do make those complaints.

And 7 million last year. 16 million tickets issued in 2 years. While there will be some vehicles getting more than one ticket, our experience here suggests there's not that many when compared to the whole.

There are just shy of 32 million cars on the road. So an easy maths calculation - 32 million cars, 16 million tickets.

The chance of receiving a private parking ticket in the next two years is around 50%. That's why avoiding privately managed car parks, or if not possible reading the signage and complying, is absolutely vital.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

And that excludes any NTD's which are paid before the RK's details are requested.

i posted this in a thread about britania, you could try the same aproach

    RE parking charge notice###
I am the registered keeper of vehicle (reg number) and you have accessed and processed my personal data without just cause.
Your camera systems are defective, and the vehcile was not in the car park for the duration you alledge.
You must now cancel the parking charges and remove your defective equipment

There is also an article in the Guardian newspaper, linked to on this board
    here:
    https://amp.theguardian.com/money/2019/nov/03/the-motorists-driven-to-desperation-by-private-parking-contractors?
Within that are some links to Facebook, twitter, and an email
It may be worth following those links ( particularly the email) adding in that your vehicle wasn't in the car park, ANPR systems are prohibited from use in council car parks (as they are inaccurate) Parking companies are using in accurate automated systems that appear to have no human checks ( ie foot patrols backing up the anpr systems to see if a vehicle is in the car park)
