Help with Flogas bill

Hello, I have LPG and moved into a flat 7 weeks ago.
I received my first invoice last month. Thats fine I had set up a direct debit to take it out. It was paid yesterday 30 days from date of invoice.
I have received last months invoice today and it includes the first invoice total plus what I have used since. Is this right?
1st invoice - 39 quid. Paid by direct debit yesterday.
2nd invoice dated 7th October includes the balance from the first and a new balance of 55 quid for last months use totalling 94.40.
Do they take what I have paid off when collecting the next direct debit, or will they take the 94.40?
Should only be paying 54.46 for last months use as the first invoice has been paid by dd.

https://www.flogas.co.uk/domestic-contract-terms-and-conditions7.2 If we have not requested payment in advance of delivery, you shall pay any monies owing for LPG fourteen (14) days from delivery by direct debit or other method as agreed in the Supply Agreement.
The amount to be collected by DD this month will be as specified in your advance notice.
Whatever you have paid so far will be credited to your account, and should be reflected on your next bill.0
