Timpsons iphone screen replacement has made home button loose

I cracked the screen on my Iphone 6s and took it to Timpsons to be replaced. It cost £80 which was gutting when the phone only cost me £150 three months ago! The screen itself seems fine but now the home button is loose rather than flush with the phone. I took it back to Timpsons (who say they have a 'guarantee' on all repairs although I can't find any solid information of what that entails) and they've said 'that just happens with repairs' and have said theres nothing they or I can do. I feel like having a loose home button is more annoying that having one crack in the screen and I've paid £80 for the pleasure! Even with the crack, the home button was still working fine and was not loose.

Does anyone have any advice as to wether I should keep trying to get Timpsons to fix it/offer a partial refund etc, or what rights I have?

Also I *know* Timpsons is a third party but I bought the phone second hand from Music Magpie so I have no cover from Apple and they're so expensive!

It probably wasn't wise to spend £80 on something that cost you £150 in the first place. But that's beside the point.

Looking around seems to suggest this is quite common on the iPhone 6 because of the third-party screen used. It's not always unique to the iPhone 6 either and seems to be gasket related.
