My mum has used Le Creuset for as long as i can remember and now that i've my own place i can finally start collecting Le Creuset too! Love it!.

I'd have to defer to the experts on the moneysaving old style board for that:o- had a quick look and they seem to be using it like a slow cooker because its so thick- but I use mine for all sorts of casseroles and stews. It is great for taking out of the oven then onto the table- or you can use it to brown meat onthe hob and then put it in the oven. It just looks so classy:DGot any recipie suggestions for it!?
