Big big hugs Mumzy - you take really good care of yourself. I think the website nykmedia sent you will probably have more detail on what to expect. The bleeding will often last longer than you expect. Remember lots of water and tlc is needed. If the cramps get really bad, feminax eases it a little (from chemists).

Cuddle up with a hot water bottle and take time to rest, even though I know it's so hard with kids already.
