    - well done old chap. I've aimed for £500 this year, not too sure how close I got, we'll see on the 1st. And I'm using my whisky bottle again for Sealed Pot Challenge 2: The return on 2nd December.

Nice to see Mumzy and Ooplah around the place too!

A little change for me in the pig today.

    Oh yes :-)

I've already got my sealed tin to join on 2nd Dec and I'm having a little practice beforehand. Already putting some coins in it.

Anyone know how much one of these bought sealed tins will hold ??? I'd like to reach £500 in the new sealed pot (i.e. Pot 2, the next episode), but I'm wondering how many tins I'll need ???
Debts (incl Mortgage) at LBM (24/09/08) £102849  Now £0. DFD 1st July 2019

    Hiya MargB
Don't know how much they hold, suppose it depends on what you put in, if you only put small coins in it will be full but the amount will be low IYKWIM lol, should be a good challenge next year

No idea either Marg, just what size are they anyway? In inches please as I'm metric phobic. Well ....you always get one awkward s*d and that's me! ;) Good to see you've joined us and are looking forward to the next sealed pot challenge, you can have your own number then. Just wait til the new ones up and running and come on and ask.

    brill news Molly :j :j

as for next year - definitely!! :D

My children are so up for it too, and both have put aside their pots. They are getting good at finding money when out & about. They usually find between 1p and £2. My DS is an expert at 11! He found £4.80 at Thorpe Park this year. He looks around when we are out shopping and rarely comes home penniless.

I am really looking forward to Dec 1st and went to the bank yesterday to get some bags ready for count day.
