Well the children are really getting into this..
they found £1.38 on Friday at Thorpe Park, and 31p yesterday around the shops. My son has a keen eye for the pennies, amazing really people don't bother to pick them up. It's helping to fill our 'hippo' quite nicely. It's getting very heavy now!
They are getting very excited about the 1st December, almost more than Christmas itself.:D0 -
DH is getting into the spirit of things now! He put a fiver in there this weekend with promise of more to come!!! I think it was the promise of mulled wine and roast chestnuts that did it  I think our tin is at least half full now, tis very heavy and great as a doorstop too.0
