  • we are taking photos at each stage LOL. Living room looks such a mess. DD has also made three. One is a pig, one a scary face and the other is going to be 2 bowls. Her friend has made a hot air balloon and a house (dont ask how she managed that!!)

    Cant wait to post them up when we have the completed article!

    I bring you this warning amidst grave concerns for many of you who may have already embarked on this mission. In a previous post, I stated that you can now buy four foot balloons and that they would be incredible to make into a huge papier mache bank. I mentioned to a few people about this, just in the passing, and am now seriously hoping that nobody else followed suit and actually got one for Christmas.

    SERIOUS WARNING!

    Measure your doors and windows BEFORE inflating your four foot balloon and covering it in papier mache!!!! :eek: :eek:

    Anyone got a hacksaw?? :rotfl::rotfl:

    FORTUNATLEY, the impending disaster was averted when the facts were pointed out to me before I got that far... by an Irishman who found it hysterically funny that I am far dafter than my 'mad' Irish friend:rotfl:
