Downloading ISA statements from Nationwide and Santander for proof of deposit

Hello,
We have had our offer on our first home accepted (yay!). All is going smoothly apart from our bank information. We need to provide proof of deposit from our 2 No. Santander STB ISA accounts. And our 1 No. Nationwide old ISA joint savings account.
We are paperless and don’t have posted paperwork to prove that we have the funds. Wishing we did now
We need the statements to have our full name and account number. The e-documents available on both banks websites do not allow this to be done. It either doesn’t have a statement (for old nationwide ISA) or puts xxx’s for the account number (Santander).
I have requested it from both banks now. And they are posting them. However I don’t trust that the correct information will come through once they do. There must be some way to get this information. Happy to go in branch, but when I sent my other half to do it he came away with nothing further that could help.
Posted here as thought someone else may have solved this issue recently. Can’t see it in the forum. Will move if in the wrong place.
Can anyone help please?

Yes you will need the posted version if the e-statement doesn’t give the required information. Is this for the EA or solicitor though? EA may not need t,he account number, only your name and address, but the solicitor will require the full account number, together with your name and address so they know where the money is coming from.0

I have requested posted copies, but still not 100% confident that they will send what we need (here's hoping!). Seems silly that there is not some way to do this yourself, to avoid this faff.
This has been requested by HSBC, who we will have our mortgage with. We will also need it for the solicitor (before exchange, so its not quite so urgent for them). HSBC have an approx. 15 day turnaround atm, so i was hoping to get this across ASAP to keep it going very quickly. No chain either so this is all going to start holding things up if i end up having to re-request things via post if its not quite right still.
Mortgage broker thinks there is a way you can do all of this online, but so far its not worked. Anyone else been able to do this?0 -
My solicitor would not accept electronic print-outs, but all banks were helpful in sending paper copies of latest statements in the post.
I did not want to show all this to the estate agent, so asked my solicitor to simply email the agent to confirm I had funds for the deposit.0 -
Okay, feeling a little more confident that they will indeed send the correct info, thanks.
EA wanted to see proof of deposit too, i sent a screen shot. Don't know why they needed to, or the Mortgage in Principal. I didn't want them to see the upper limit! But at the same time, they refused to put the offer forward without it all.
We then had a bidding war, which i think may have been against ourselves. We lost out, but then miraculously the other buyer suddenly decided they didn't want it anymore. Plausible of course, but im doubtful.0 -

See also section 10 Financial Evaluation of TPOS Code of Practice here.
But you are wise not to let them see all your resources/upper limit - hence my use of the solicitor.0 -

If they pulled out, return to your first offer.0 -

Not quite the same as your situation, but we bank with NatWest. Our solicitor requested proof of our deposit, and I was able to request a statement online, which was delivered online to my secure messages. I then printed it out, and the solicitor was happy with this. The statement did show full names and account number though.0

I did suggest this but neither bank would do it in any other format than post.
I might also try going in branch too.0
