Health & Safety is workplace based.
Heath and safety issues are clearly not exclusive to the workplace, and god knows why you would think they are.
Anyway I was using the same term the OP had used -The general feeling was that whilst we have no problems with this being removed this would make the close very dark causing health and safety issues along with possible security problems0 -
But if it is really on the footpath (which you say has been incorporated into the gardens because they were never finished) then surely it is not on his property as far as the deeds would show.
This is one of our main arguments.
The last plan they sent to us showing the boundaries doesn't even have all the houses on the plans. They are insistent that this plan is correct which is obviously isn't
Its very hard work dealing with someone that hasn't even been to visit to have a look at our complaints
The chair of the county council have told the department we are dealing with to stop any further action until this is resolved
