Magnets Kitchen problem

Hoping someone can help

We had a Magnets rep design a kitchen for us, we didn't like it so went to the store & changed a few things, a condition of the sale was that they promised to hold on to the kitchen until we were ready

Designer April 2018, paid September 2018, kitchen delivered July 2019.

Kitchen arrived with 16 damaged doors & the units from the initial design which we had changed. Also had an integrated dishwasher which we had said we didn't want & they agreed to credit the £350 which they didn't do

They told us we'd have to deliver the incorrect & damaged items back to the store which didn't seem right but we hired a van & delivered them back

Basically they have all the correct stuff now but are saying they can't do a receipt for the correct kitchen as they no longer supply these particular doors, also the kitchen we returned was about £800 more expensive than the one we asked for & they say they can't refund the difference now! And we have to hire a van & collect again!

This all seems like they are making up excuses, all the problems have been their doing, the only issue on our part was making them wait 10 months to deliver it which they agreed to anyway

Anyone any ideas where I stand, or am I stuffed?

Thanks
Phil
