Car Rental Excess Insurance for P2P Rentals?

Hi,
Does anyone know of any car hire excess insurance that explicitly DOES cover the hiring of vehicles overseas using P2P (Peer to Peer) companies.

Many dont seem to mention it in their wording or exclusions.
