    Nice horse, very high.
    Yep. The best horse. The very best. You will not find a better horse. And high. Bigly high.

    But that's not MY high horse! They're different horses, so no irony. Anyway, trying to dig things up the way that certain individuals on here do regularly is rather dirty. It's the sort of thing I see rather elderly people do too, sort of online curtain twitching. Quite disreputable. As much as I dislike the Rees-Mogg I did approve of what he said about sometimes eating your own words. Very apt. I like to do that occasionally. Very tasty.

    Would be interesting to see if it pays out 5p for making a 1p transaction?

    1p Water DC payment shows up as a purchase thus will count, next month I will do 30 x 1p Water payments ( already done 30 shop purchases this month), will be up to the Water company to change minimum permissible DC payment. :cool:

    I wish the banks' automated fraud detection systems would detect leechers who are after free money and promptly close their accounts. It should be possible.

    Bank: "Pay out 4 DDs and make 30 debit card transactions and we'll give you £5.50"
    Account Holders: "Ok"

    Yup scgf, classic case for the banks fraud squad...surprised Interpol aren't on the case as well!

    How very charitable for a person of faith (was it Buddhism?) to call fellow human beings who are transacting 100% within the agreed T&Cs "leechers".

    Sometimes completely legal activities are dubious to say the least. I don't approve of leeching to appropriate free cash. End of. There is nothing I can say to change your mind and vice versa. If you feel you walk the moral high ground and are doing something noble, good for you. I won't comment further in this thread.

    You are on a MSE forum, a website that actively encourages people:
    - to switch for cash incentives;
    - that under its "Best Bank Accounts" page tells you "How to get around banks' minimum pay-in requirements to get the perks";
    - that lists the Coop and Barclays rewards accounts as ones "We wouldn't suggest you specifically switch to them over the other accounts in this guide, but if you want some extra rewards you could consider them";
    - that has a guide to and advises cards for stoozing;
    - that has a guide on drip feeding regular savers from high interest current accounts to maximise profit;
    - that advocates making £1 DDs to charities to meet eligibility criteria for account benefits;
    - that has a whole section on "Shopping Tricks" and "Freebies".
    If you thank that people following the advise of MSE to get the free cash/benefits on offer is "leeching" and dubious behavior then you are likely on the wrong website never mind the wrong thread.
