I am in housing association if that helps.

You put whatever it says on your tenancy agreement.

If you are having issues with forms in terms of understanding, your local Jobcentre may have a contract with a local charity for "Help to Claim" support for people in similar circumstances. See if there is any "Help to Claim" support where you can talk to someone face to face. You might find it easier.
Unlike some here, I am not omniscient. If I am wrong correct me. I won't take offence.

The “help to claim” service only helps with the initial UC claim through to first payment. It is not intended to help claimants maintain a claim beyond this point.

However a local advice agency may still be able to help. Starting point however is to ring the UC helpline.

OP, does money for rent leave your bank account every week or once a month?

Hi, rent doesn't go in my bank account, UC pay my landlord direct as I am struggling to budget, plus my landlord requested it to ensure I don't get further into rent arrears.

So does your tenancy agreement state rent monthly or weekly? If you are not sure - ring your landlord and ask them.
