Why will CASHZONE not return to me the cash they debited from my account despite their faulty machine which held back the money - literally, the notes being stuck in the rollers and out of reach.
How much interest and profit must these companies make on the 'accidents' that occur when they have a disclaimer that says they do not have to respond for a minimum 6 days??!!
Thet do not even communicate an apology or any updates and it is now over a week.
You need to speak to YOUR card provider NOT the ATM owner.
They will not be making any interest or profit out of your retained cash.Life in the slow lane0
