Mattress Problems?

Both my wife and I are having back and neck pain from our current mattress which we have had for 5 and a half years.
We spent over 1k on it as it had a 10 year guarantee and used fillings, materials and was compared against Vi Spring Mattresses.

Does anyone know how I can check and prove there is an issue with our current mattress prior to getting in touch with our mattress company again.

We sent some pictures to them but they said they could not see any sagging but coincidently we are both suffering and I can feel it dip quite significantly when lying on it.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Just because a mattress has a 10 year guarantee doesn't mean it hasn't reached it's natural lifespan. It's generally recommended that you should change your mattress every 7-10 years but every mattress is different and depending on various factors some can wear faster than others.

Assuming you have turned the mattress, have you tried upgrading your pillows? They have a much shorter lifespan than a mattress.

Not all mattress can be turned some are sided.

    Pillows is the good call.

I have become very sensitive to pillow hight, fine at home I sorted it but when we go away it can take a couple of nights to get them right.

(I could take the ones at home for UK, but not when flying)
