Mattress Sagging?

I bought a an expensive mattress (over 1.5k) in 2014 after being reassured of 10 year warranty and the mattresses build quality from a reputable online seller.
5 years on and the mattress seems to be dipping in places even after regular turning, as per recommendation.
I sent some photo's of the issue to the retailer last month and they advised they could not see any issues with it and maybe if I put a piece of ply wood under it, it may help.
Last 2 weeks I have been waking up with more back pain and today I decided to take a proper look and take some more detailed pictures (please see attached).
What are my rights in getting this issue resolved?

What does the warranty say about how to exercise it? Warranties are usually supplied by the manufacturer, your rights with the retailer are probably long gone. If they are one and the same, it's back to the warranty paperwork to understand under what circumstances you can exercise the warranty and how.0

Not sure how to interpret it - https://johnryanbydesign.co.uk/guarantee/
Sorry just to confirm the retailers are the manufacturer as wellLondon, UK0 -
£1.5k for a mattress :eek:0

I would write them a letter, setting out the exact nature of the problem, inviting them to come and inspect the mattress. Then take it from there. Not sure how to interpret it - https://johnryanbydesign.co.uk/guarantee/

This is taken from their website. Seems like sagging is expected ?

Thank you for the responses above.
I totally had forgotten about this post!
So since my initial post I have been sleeping on most occasions on our guest room mattress where all the issues I was facing with, back/neck pain, more or less vanished.
I did try the plywood but made very little difference...
I emailed the retailer the photo's above however they said it was normal for the dips to occur and they could not see anything obviously wrong with the mattress.
My wife now also is suffering from the same issues I am experiencing so I would again put it down to our mattress.
I am going to change our current mattress to our double guest room mattress for a week and see if this makes a difference.
If it does, how can we prove we now have a defective mattress?
The retailer did advise we could get an independent inspection done although not sure how we could arrange one and with this expense it may be best to just order a new one?
Going forwards is there anything we can do to find out if we genuinely have an issue?London, UK0 -

But thats a different mattress in regards to firmness etc .
Thats what may have improved your back . Kneck pain is 99% your pillow .

Have the bed inspected is really your only way as the pictures show nothing on here .0 -
You don't have a defective mattress, you have a worn one. If you need to prove otherwise then you going to have to get an independent report stating that the mattress has a fault.Thank you for the responses above.
