Well know it alls telling me how organised they are isnt helpful. I really would think there would be better things to do with your time if it boosts your ego then I ok. So why cant i delete the 'thread'?This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Because they don't allow you to.
Mainly because this is a discussion forum and even though you may consider the responses "unhelpful" others may get some value out of them.
Anyway, there's nothing to personally identify you so what difference does it make?0 -
Original post before it gets removed:
I bought some ear phones from coolstuff.com in June 2019. They did not work so after emailing coolstuff.com to confirm I could return them I returned them within days of receiving them. The only payment option they had was with the company Klarna who collect money later. I did not hear anything so assumed the return had gone through.
Over two months later Klarna contact me saying coolstuff.com have not received the item so want paying. I couldn’t find the receipt of return after so long. I informed Klarna through email which they initially replied to but then they started sending me letters but wouldn’t reply to any more emails.
Today I received the 3rd letter which is now threatening debt collectors so I phoned Klarna (a number they do not put on the letter but which you have to search for online) and was told by the advisor he couldn’t view my emails content nor put me through to someone who could, admitted this is coolstuff.com fault for not flagging the issue quicker but the responsibility to prove the return is still on me.
I am worried about the debt collectors and the effect it will have on my credit rating but I can’t produce the receipt. Can they expect proof so long after? Is there anyone I can contact about this? If there was a problem why didn’t they contact me quicker? My local Citizen Advice centre has stopped taking emails due to staff shortages and only have limited hours for calls and walk ins. The citizen advice area on here won’t let you post new threads and doesn’t seem to have any action since 2012. I don’t know where to turn to.0 -

Yet here you are, still not answering the original questions proposed to you.
Do you not have better things to do with your time than nit-pick about responses and just answer questions?0 -
Katherine.
I am sorry that you don't like the responses and consider them unhelpful but if you ask a question people will give their honest opinions and my honest opinion is that it is for you to prove that you returned the goods, not for the other party to prove that you didn't.
Now, I know that is not what you want to hear but that is the way I see it.
Just how much did these ear phones cost?0
