Not this again, I mean do some of you actually believe this rubbish, or are you just saying it for the bantz? What the hell would be the point?
I mean a few of you sound the same to me, in fact I wouldn't be surprised if there were a few shills on here who work for the banks, especially on that massive 'bank charges reclaiming' thread, because quite frankly some of the advice I've seen on there is faulty and looks specifically designed to put people off claiming (I've read loads of past cases on the financial ombudsman site, so I know what kind of cases win, post 2009, and what kind of cases lose). I actually can't think of another explanation on why a person would voluntarily have 40,000 or whatever posts, essentially telling new posters the same thing over and over again, which is "you're gonna lose, you're welcome to try but you're wasting your time" or words to those effect. I mean sometimes they're right, but a broken clock is right twice a day! (unless it's digital)
But do I make accusations?0 -

Totally agree! You are getting some really good insider knowledge, however you are still choosing to ignore most of it.0 -
What do you mean by people telling you that you won’t win? You were claiming just a few posts earlier that you weren’t planning on actually carrying this attempted fraud out, so there’s no win or lose here.
Your question about what’s driving you to do this is a bit beyond the scope of a forum like this.0
