Fair comment about Amazon.Moneyineptitude wrote: »It's easy enough to avoid being scammed by simply avoiding Amazon Marketplace. In this case, the OP seems to have ignored ridiculously poor feedback probably preferring to believe unbelievable prices and choice.
The seller in the link is also no longer on the Amazon portal, so they are responding to complaints..
I think my gripe is more with ebay.0 -

If you look at the feedback it doesn't go bad until the end of September. Therefore I think it fairly same to assume most of it (or perhaps all of it) wasn't evident at the time the OP ordered.0 -
Lifetime negativity is 81%, that is not since September...theonlywayisup wrote: »If you look at the feedback it doesn't go bad until the end of September.
Regardless, it's easy enough to avoid being scammed by simply avoiding Amazon Marketplace.
If there is any doubt, purchase only directly from Amazon.0 -

The bad feedback didn't start until then.
The seller has (or when I looked) 530 negatives in 30 days and 570 over 12 months.
It is quite feasible that the account has been hacked and when the first buyers started to buy it would have been in good standing albeit on low numbers.
Seeing as you didn't seem to look at the numbers it may well be the first few buyers didn't either.

601 feedbacks and 1 star rating. What exactly were you expecting?
Just follow amazon instructions and you will be refunded. Amazon usually pretty good with issues like that0 -

Good job then. Thankfully we both know that wasn't what was being explained

Good news I just filed a claim a week early to try my luck.
I basically said in the claim that the company have not responded to me or Amazon and that they appear on https://www.scamsellers.com/
I was given a refund immediately.0
