Amazon scam

I purchased a item from Amazon Marketplace and according to this site https://www.scamsellers.com/ it is a scam.
I have been in contact with Amazon via Twitter and we appear to be going around in circles. I can't basically from what I understand make a claim until the day the goods are supposed to be delivered. I have contacted the seller and so has Amazon and still no response.
What can I do?

Just do as per instruction on the "scam info" page and wait until the day after it SHOULD be delivered {to allow for any hold up in transit} then contact Amazon again and get your refund and order from another Amazon source.0

A PITA it may be but you will get your money back.
Just follow the deadlines and file an A-Z as soon as you are able.0 -
I will do that next Friday evening.0

18% positive? That should be enough to set alarm bells ringing straight off.
Because it's not a scam until they actually fail to deliver or provide a refund.I don't understand why Amazon after knowing it is a con don't automatically refund people?
If Amazon were to refund automatically then that would leave them wide open to further scams.
In future, be wary of Marketplace and at least check the positive Feedback percentage prior to purchase. If there is any doubt, purchase only directly from Amazon.0 -
I feel ebay and amazon are getting worse.
Even if you report counterfeiters, nothing seems to happen0 -
It's easy enough to avoid being scammed by simply avoiding Amazon Marketplace. In this case, the OP seems to have ignored ridiculously poor feedback probably preferring to believe unbelievable prices and choice.I feel ebay and amazon are getting worse.

The seller in the link is also no longer on the Amazon portal, so they are responding to complaints..0
