Excel PCN - Post appeal stage - Not parking within a marked bay

From where did you receive the claimant's payment details? Was this via e-mail? If so, use the same e-mail address to ask for a receipt. On the original claim form there would be an address for communication and payment, have you tried that avenue?3
-
They've sent a letter quoting the claim number and referencing the hearing I attended.
It has an email address for Litigation at the bottom, which I have been emailing every day. I'll dig out the claim form and see if there are additional addresses or phone numbers on that.1 -
Does that letter have an address on it? Failing a response from the PPC, do you have a receipt from your transaction when you paid - presumably by bank transfer? This could be used in case of any dispute.3
-
Yes it does. I'll write to them if you think it's worth it. Was just wondering whether someone might have experience of this issue with Excel.
I've got a PDF receipt of the bank transfer, yes. Failing a response, I guess I'll have to use form N443:

Yes, I have had the same issue with them. I paid by cheque and it was not presented immediately so I sent another. Eventually the first cheque was presented but I never had a receipt. Wrote to the court with a copy of the cheque from the bank's clearing and a letter from the bank confirming that it had been paid from my account.
This has been some time ago now and I have regularly checked Experian and it's clear. I think that they were just being awkward with me as the amount was only the parking tariff which is what the judge thought that they were entitled to.

We have experience of all sorts of 'issues' with Excel.
You name it, Excel and VCS try it. Nasty, nasty, anti-consumer companies by all accounts.
No better than when they were clampers, their victims will say.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks, all. I've written to my bank to request a letter confirming the payment was made. Should they supply it, I will forward to the court with my own receipt. If that is unacceptable, form N443 it is.2

Indeed, as much as it sucks, making sure the judgement doesnt appear is vital
Of course if it DOES appear, you can alwayss sue Excel4 -

I use the Credit Club on this site to check my credit score regularly.

Should I expect them to provide proof?
