Fingers crossed the chest isn't anything more sinister, although stress is sinister enough in its own right! DH fancy a bit of yoga?

Yes lol I do the kits and the printed canvases and buy my own wool. Even DD likes doing them.
My mum cleared out her stash as she's not doing them any more and sent me down a whole load of wool and canvasses she's partially done. I've enough to keep me going until I retire :rotfl:
I'd love to learn how to cross stitch, it looks very complicated though.0 -
Chest pains are a common symptom of stress and anxiety, it can be partly because all of your muscles are tensed up and then they ache or can be damaged very easily. Like when you have a tension headache. And then of course we start worrying that something bad is happening and so get even more stressed and tense!
Relaxation activities might help with it. Glad it's nothing more sinister though"If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney0 -
Morning,
DS had a Dining In evening with the Cadets last night, he did look rather smart in his suit. He said he'd show us the photos today, so that will be nice.
It's a bit wet outside, I hope the rain eases off a bit as I want to go for a walk later this afternoon.
Going to work through my list today and try to get the majority of it done.
I did some of my tapestry yesterday and my plan is to get the section done that I am working on today. I may need to move it out of the conservatory in to the spare room once the weather turns cold. That way I can still do it.
Lots of cooking to be done today, I'm making the kids a bolognese for Wednesday as it makes a change from a ready meal. I'm also making a vegetable and macaroni soup for lunches and finally a pork and apple casserole for dinner.
Back later x0 -
Morning,
What a wet and miserable day it is today, the motorway was horrendous too. Why do people insist on driving like the clappers down the fast lane when the visibility is pants?!?
I managed to get the majority of my list done over the weekend. I didn't get the meal list done or DH's car insurance as we needed some information from his insurers and their website was down for maintenance.
On the upside, I managed to change my car insurance and saved a massive amount :T
I am hoping DH hears about the job today, a simple yes or no would be good. DH has gone back to work today but is still suffering
I have decided that the BC will be gone by Christmas. I may need to move money about in my pots to do it but I want it gone. That way I can balance transfer the MBNA over to either that one or the Lloyds at Christmas as the 0% runs out by then and start afresh in the new year.
I brought lunch with me today, I just hope that the soup is as nice as it looks.
Aiming for an AFW this week.
15 working days to pay day! Wish it would hurry up!0 -
