As title says, my partner has been paying £9.99 per month for Apple Music for the best part of 2 years, she never knew she had it and has not used it. She must have clicked something or not understood. Is there anyway of getting this back?

Ask nicely. They've no obligation to give her anything, but they might offer her a goodwill refund if she doesn't get arsey with them.0

Better to get her to check her statements regularly - what else is she paying for without realising?0
