  • £399 They’re saying they will do what they’ve done already which hasn’t worked! The drum will be identical to the one put in in May. Why would a new drum Make any difference? They’ve tried that already & still the issue persists. They’re expecting me to take the risk of more clothes getting ruined!

    Me too. Five years for a £400 machine isn't bad going, assuming it's been used a few times a week since you bought it. Probably less than 50p per cycle.
