Deadlock Letter

I am having a lot of problems with Plusnet Mobile. I have been without my ported nimber for over 15 days since I changed to them and want to complain. It seems that Plusnet dont have a complaints procedure(???) and I have requested a Deadlock Letter so that I can raise the issue with the Ombudsman but the CSR I spoke to refused to issue one. Plusnet are refusing to say when and if my number will be restored. I have never experienced such bad service from any company. I have sent a letter to their CEO, Andy Baker but from the many other dissatisfied customers who have had similar problems, I understand he doesn't bother to respond and complaints are ignored. Any suggestions as I am at my wits end dealing with this wretched company?
