BigBlu Satellite internet - Cannot cancel account

Hi
Been using bigblu internet at a rural location for many years and now finally we have fibre. Never had any trouble at all and the service has been very good.
All I want to do is to cancel the account. There isn't anything outstanding on the account and it's monthly rolling.
The phone numbers on their website just keep ringing and I have been trying every weekday for two weeks - I have tried email addresses too but never get a response. The web portal does not have any cancellation option.
What are my rights here? Cancelling direct debits don't cancel the account but I cannot think of anything else.

The website says the number is 01869 222900 (6 & 8 other way round).
Failing that, send a 'signed for' letter to the address near the bottom of its complaints page https://bigblu.co.uk/complaints-handling/0 -

oops - my typo! - Bit of a pain but will send them a letter recorded delivery stating that I wish to cancel. I have cancelled the card so they will need to get in contact for the final payment. Now I have nothing good to say about them after 8 years excellent service - yet another internet comms company that ignores customer service.0
