Maybe someone here could help, I have been trying to find a number for the THREE phone fraud department. I looked on google all I can find is a general switchboard number which has no options for fraud or to even report it, when I get through I get told the same number again & again, maybe they don't exist?

It's unlikely to be a customer facing department so there isn't going to be direct lines in.

If you have a complaint, make it to their complaints department or even the executive office if it's appropriate.

As above, fraud depts are not customer facing. The normal way is to raise the issue with the frontline agents and they will alert their fraud team.

Why not explain the issue ?

The fraud department wont have a number for random people to call so you can stop trying to seek it out.
