How to any sense out of KLM?

I'm trying to cancel a flight on KLM for next Saturday.

They refuse to do this over the phone and say I must do it online.

The page will not load (connection has timed out error) this has been going on for the last 3 days. I've tried 2 different pc's, 4 different browsers and even had a try on my phone. Same error on all of them.

KLM's overseas call center staff just aren't interested in helping (at all), and I can't find a number for any UK based staff.

Has anyone any contact info for them other than their call center number?

Have you tried looking on their website? There seems to be an email address listed here https://www.klm.com/travel/gb_en/customer_support/customer_support/contact/about/flight_changes.htm

You can message them through Facebook. They are usually quick to respond.

Did you book with KLM or an agent?

Have you tried downloading the KLM app and attempting to cancel it that way ?
